At Happy Paws Pet Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, the following policy applies.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can work toward a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping when applicable.
For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
